As for pricing, it depends upon what you are wanting and how long it takes me to build it for you. I can work on site, or at a sandbox, and I also texture according to how you want me to, there will be no charge! I will, however, list a general pricing below to give you an idea.
Studio (2 hr build, give or take) - L$100
One bedroom (3 hr build) - L$150
Two bedroom (3 1/2 hr build) - L$200
Three bedroom (4 hr build) - L$300

My builds are always mod/copy so you are able to do any fixes or changes in the future.
