The Ginny Business Center offers business and organizations the opportunity to rent office space in a business oriented SIM that will provide high exposure for tenants and the opportunity to network with other organizations. The office space is intended for office use only, and not as residential, retail, or mall space. There is retail vendor space available in the SIM for tenants to rent.
There are many benefits to being located in The Ginny Business Center beyond the actual office space itself. The SIM has an open design that makes for excellent casual meetings and networking spaces.
In addition is the Ginny Business Center infrastructure there is also The Ginny Business Conference Center, an auditorium available for conferences and seminars and The Ginny Community Lounge and Expo Center, a multipurpose facility that will be hosting many events to draw traffic to the Ginny Business Center SIM.
