Builder/Scripter/Biz Owner offering services

Hi everyone!
After a somewhat extended absence from SL (to obtain my real-life MBA!) I am looking to come back with a bang. I have been a builder, scripter, graphic artist, club owner and retail owner in SL since early 2005 and for 3 years was also a real-life SL Developer offering services to companies entering SL.

So what can I offer you? Just about anything. Need a custom store-front or home built? Need products scripted? Need signs, textures or something else Photoshopped? Need advice on starting your business in SL? I can provide any and all of this and more.

Big projects/Small projects - doesn't matter. My services are priced on a total-package deal rather than hourly rates. You tell me what it is you need and I give you an estimate.
