Regent Estates will now be offering a NEW CLIENT referral bonus for all verified referrals. The referral bonus may be claimed by anyone, client or not and applies only to new client referrals.
The Bonus – All fees are based on one week tier amounts
Option A: 25% of the first week tier paid at time of purchase. This is paid in $L when new lot is bought.
IE - $1000L a week tier = $250L commission paid
Option B: 50% tier credit - of the first week tier paid at time of purchase.
IE $1000L a week tier = $500L credit towards your tier
Rules for Referrals
- Referrals are for new clients only. Existing or previous clients do not qualify as a referral.
- Referral needs to be claimed within 24 hours of purchase of new land.
- Only land being sold by Melody Regent qualifies for the referrals. Land sold by other residents does not qualify.
- Choice of above options will have to be made at the time of the referral.
- Bonus does not apply to self referrals
- Anyone may refer a client. You do not need to be a land owner to make the referral.
- No single bonus or credit to exceed $3000L value
- The tier credit option may be applied to current tiers or may be held in escrow for future land purchase. You may build up tier credits to buy land in the future.
- Referral bonus is non transfer.
- Both the new client and the person making the referral must notify someone on Regent Staff of the referral.
- Bonus is based on the new clients tier
- Land purchased by alts does not qualify for the bonus. If an alt is used the amount of the bonus will be removed from the remaining tier.
