Got a nice (14752m) plot in Drakul, stable server and good neighbours, been building it up and started to wonder about it`s value due to it`s uniqueness.

Still in the proccess of building most of it, but if there`s a real real estate agent out there, i`d love a real ground evaluation with the possability of doing the sale when the land is complete and can be made available to the public.

Looking for a serious person who knows this stuff inside out, IM me ingame if ur interrested in a future business deal.
