Hello I am Menelaos Leistone I am a skilled builder and work in conjunction with my business Partner Kallista Xenobuilder. We build things small and large, everything custom made to fit your needs and desires. If it's on the list below we've made it before and have experience with it. When we complete a product and sell it to you it is yours to do as you wish with it, the only permissions we don't give is (no Copy) as in reality you can give an item to anyone but you can't duplicate the matter it's made of.

Of these we enjoy Full sim design the most and look forward to more contracts in this area specifically.
With each and everyone of our builds we look at what you request, then we research a design. After we research we will make a model for you to see. At this point you approve or request changes, upon the accepting of the model we will build the structural frame of the project actual size for you to see and make any changes deemed necessary.
Then we'll put in detail and textures and set the object to sell for the agreed price (or if it's multiple objects due to link distance limits we'll set the objects so they add to the agreed price).
Smaller things not unique to the sim specifically we withhold rights to sell in our vendors. (ie. weapons, small homes, etc.)
