Arbor’s Branch
The Arbor is currently looking for new romantic, formal places to set up their branch (pun intended) locations. The Arbor Restaurant, the restaurant of romance, has been open for 2 ½ years and plans on being around a lot longer. With this great experience, we create our own plates, specials, and more which you can not find in SL, but at the Arbor or their stores. We offer a wide variety of services to add to your location and will be able to promote your location along with our own.
We are looking for 1 to 2 new locations and won’t be overextending ourselves for we want to shine in your location and keep the great name we have established for ourselves. Now, understand we are not selling a franchise, but we are offering our experience, our name, and our ability to make you romantic place shine a bit brighter.
We do have requirements that a place must have for you to apply for this branch to be at your location:
1) Your location must have a space where the Arbor will be seen and utilized.
2) We use prim based food and we are very detailed; so, your location must have enough prims to handle us.
3) Your location must be sex or adult free. We are the embodiment of romance, but we do not cater to the sex industry.
4) Lag must be under control. If I enter your sim and we have lag while empty then adding our food, scripts, and more will only make it more so and thus will reduce the experience for us both.
5) You must have a plan of action that will help us both out and understand that the Arbor remains under my control with communication between both of us for events, specials, and more.
A contract will be drawn up between the Arbor and your place, but two acceptable routes that can be modified or used in consideration for both of us.
Option 1 – We could do a simple rent of space; however, the rent must be something that fits the budget and profitable for me to consider. If the branch is just being more of a deduction that a surplus or at least breaking even within a month’s time then I might reconsider remaining. I am already paying tier on our main area and do not wish to continue at a place I have dish out more lindens.
Option 2 – Percentage of Package Sales at the Location – This is more pleasing to me and motivating to you. You will receive a percentage of the profits that will be made at your location. This is a percentage we can discuss since the prices will be set differently than other locations. Please keep in mind, I pay for the staff, the service, and other items I provide for your location. I need to make a profit like you will need to on the space I rent. Thus the two need to be balanced. The question of 50/50 is out of the question unless your packages will pay my staff and profit me as well.
I am willing to listen to what you have to offer and willing to work with both of our goals.
