Wanted: Rental Unit for Tier Donation

I don't know if this is the right forum, but I couldn't find any place where it fit any better:

While out looking for a nice rental to call home, I discovered that there is one Rental company that gives discounted/free rent if you donate land tier. Does any other Rental company do this also? If so, please either IM me in-world or drop me a notecard with your info.
