* What is to be built : a garden, two social areas, and a few extra empty rooms. They should all fit within 4096sqm/937 prims, however if they go up to 8192sqm/1860prims that is OK.
* Permissions : Note that ALL building work must be deeded to a specified group with FULL next owner permissions before the build is considered "complete".
