We are offering up to 150 prims for a location in on of the 'shops' on the sim in exchange for a 30% commission split. If you make no sales it cost you no money.

Finally we have a great new Info Hub for new residents housed in the New York Library.
We are still working on some of the smaller details but the sim is looking amazing.
We host weekly events, offer a full time staff and also have a over 7000 members in our groups that we send store opening notices to.
Our traffic is real and we never use false methods to boost it.
How the offer works....
We do NOT want affiliate vendors, we want someone to come in and set up a real shop and maintain it. Keep it updated and looking great.
Commissions are paid to our 'service bot' so we can track sales. Everyone will be offered 45 days free rent. We will look at sales in 30 days to see how it is going. If sales lag or are slow we will let you know and see what we can do to booth them over the next two weeks.
If sales do not increase we will offer you the location for rent.
You must be the ORIGINAL creator of the items. No 2nd hand sales or Business in a box.
Quality items. We must approve each vendor before they set up to assure a certain level of quality products.
