DemonEye Designs is a young business within SL owned by Okiphia Rayna. We offer a variety of services, and work with our clients to achieve their visions, not for them to achieve ours. Below is a short list of services we offer, a complete list of which can be found at

Custom Building on a circumstantial basis - We will build whatever building you want, and make it fit your plot, not just a generic layout for the size. We understand not all plots are evenly built, and we understand that you want something made for you, and your land.

Landscaping up to Full Sim - Seperate from our normal landscaping, our 1/3-Full Sim Landscaping does not include buildings or decoration beyond plants and roads, and is mainly for the estate tools landscaping to create mountains, hills, beaches, ponds, lakes, plateaus, neighborhoods, and basic parcel layout for rentals or sale.

Up to 1/3 Sim Design - We are capable of designing and build up to 1/3 sim's worth of land. We set this restriction only fr time constraints, as we cannot be taking immense amounts of time with one project, as we will lose other projects, or our work quality will suffer.
