I am experienced beyond a year in many things..., and avaliable most of the time in-world. I work hands on, and have not yet failed to provide a client with a result they were happy with.
TERRAFORMING:
I can terraform your sim or property in record time, exactly as you envision it in your head!! You show me pictures, talk to me and oversee whatever you feel you need to. I don't mind being watched, I don't mind changes...I am faster than anyone else and i will guarantee satisfaction!
Terraforming can be the tool you use to carve roads and paths, mountain ranges and valleys, small puddles and huge lakes...believe me, if there is a picture in your head, I can bring you closest to it in SL!
LAND TEXTURES:
I can also create custom land textures for you and your land, from a quarter sim and up, even if you do not own your land, land texture changes are possible, if I can I will even IM the owner for you and talk to them about ways to do this, it is simple. In most cases I have advocated for this successfully. Amazing things can happen with estate textures, you can change the entire effect of your land shape and environment.
Your land color and textures can be experimented, played with and changed, you can request sparkly sand, flowers in choice of color or provide me with a picture of something you like and we can MAKE it work for you. I can cater to or abide by themes easily, I have no problem setting aside my taste or preferences for yours. I absolutely will not walk away untill your vision is complete and you are raving!! I would post pictures here of textures I made for land but I will not have them copied ...hehe...you may feel free to contact me in world for a showing of anything you would like to see.... anytime....
LANDSCAPING/ GARDENS / REEFS / WATERFALLS:
At this point I have done a few smaller gardens and worked quite a while on perfecting some plant life and coral reef componants...I have no problem confining my builds or designs to a small parcel or a large one, I can beautify any spot in SL you challenge me with! I now create my own textures for anything, but I also like to incorporate other master builders items often, especially when it comes to flowers.
SIM DEVELOPMENT:
Contact me in world WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR SIM AND PLAN! not before please!!!...Clients who do not own their land yet will not be accepted. When you contact me please have ready a notecard DETAILING what you plan to do with the sim....AND what you want the land to look like. I will respond within 48 hours. If accepted further terms will be explained.

I am pretty good at terraforming and have done some nice things myself in SL. Because of some time constraints in developing my sim, and a particular terraforming task I thought might be beyond me, I asked Elyse in. I was expecting to pay too much, end with a result I could have done myself, but save some time.Having worked with various terraforming tools I wasn't sure what I required could be done. Namely, carving a town plot into a mountainside to replicate the silver mining town of Taxco, Mexico. To my delight Elyse reproduced what I had in my minds eye, accomplished the job in very good time, and impressed me enough to pay her about a third more than her contract required.This girl can do the job. I won't be calling anyone else for similar services in the future.
