This four week program will help teh student plan and adjust their current business to a sound financial model, according an individualized business plan. This class will give ?
you a road map to profitability, you will have a mentor and your classmates to help you execute the necessary changes.
Classes and focus;
1. Mall model theory. Business planning, profit model, market strategies.
2. Mall Features, Traffic flow, attractions. (Taught by guest lecturer, Xzavia Yifu, owner of the Aine Castle)
3. Marketing, promotion, and advertising.
4. Operation, Tenant Service, progress review.
Class Schedule:
9/6 (sat) 9am - 10:30amSLT. Planning your mall for profit. (Business Model building)
9/13 (sat) 9am - 10:30amSLT. Designing feature, attraction, andn traffic routng.
9/20 (sat) 9am - 10:30amSLT. Marketing, Promoting, and selling your mall rental.
9/27 (sat) 9am - 10:30amSLT. Operating the mall, service to tenant, and final review.

Each individual class is 2500L. The entire series is 9000L and represents a saving of 1000L. This is also a substantial saving over the typical consulting fee which runs over 8000L a week.
