WANTED: BDSM Orientated Community Projects

Hello,

For those of you who do not know me, My name is Mitzy Shino and I am a strong believer in our community and helping each other.

For a long time I had my house open to the public on the mainland, and with the announcement of Zindra I decided it was time to move to my own Private Estate. One thing that can not be said about me is that I do not think big, I have now set about creating a lovely place to call home for myself and my family.

In addition I have purchased another 9 regions that are connected to my home, I wish to create a living vibrant community of people that share the same interests as myself and my family.

To this end I am prepared to allow some of these 9 regions (Homesteads) to be used for things that benefit the BDSM community in Secondlife. I have sent out notes to some groups directly, but there might be other projects that I am not aware of, hence this public notecard.

If you are involved in a community based project I am willing to assist you with land. I am not interested in the next best club, or another shopping mall, so if that is your idea then please do not bother.

What I want from applicants is:

- A bit about the project

- The amount of land you will need

- Can the project assist with full or partial tier payments? (at my cost, which for a full region is $95 + 3.5% conversion fee which is approximately $25,565 L$ a month)*

- Assuming there are more applicants than land available, a short paragraph stating why your project should be gain our support over others.

(* Being able to fully pay for the land needed is not a requirement, but assistance with my cost in providing this service is welcome, even if it is only a donation jar placed out)
