We have opened up nine shops available for rent at our attractive SIM Cape Fever. The shops are in a New England style and are positioned on our main plaza right next to our romantic dance spot. Price is 250 L$ a week for 50 prims. We also have a growing update group for the SIM and as a shop owner you will be allowed to advertise your new releases to the group once a week.
We are looking for quality vendors to match the attractive SIM and we will not accept anything of an overly sexual nature. If you wish to check before hand feel free to IM me in world as we do reserve the right to refund your rental if we feel your products are not appropriate. The plaza also has an slx terminal.
