Dear Club Owner,
Are you tired of wasting lindens posting Classifieds and purchasing ad boards in Job Agencies that only get traffic from inexperienced newbies? Please allow me to introduce you to the alternative. I am Scar BigBear CEO of BigBear Staffing and Promotions, a full service staffing agency in Second Life. We provide experienced employees to fill your staffing needs including Hosts, DJs, Managers, Promotors, and Event Planners.
We do the work of finding quality workers for you so that your time can be spent on enjoying Second Life business ownership. In addition to walk-ins We have rez-ads up all over the Second Life grid and we maintain at least 3 classified ads on the search engine at all times. All employees are subject to an in-depth screening and interview process with our Temp Manager Steph Sapphire before they are added to our staff pool.
For a low initial fee of 200L you get access to our ever growing temp pool for up to 29 employees. After that each employee hired is 50L.
All we need from you to find that perfect staff member is a detailed job description, including any specific criteria. We will then go through our current staff roster for the best matches, and have potential staff ready for you to interview within 24 hours.
Below is a breakdown of our staffing process:
1. Client sends us a job description for positions to be filled.
2. Within 24 hours client is contacted with a list of potential applications (Note: specialized positions may require a longer search period).
3. A one on one interview between the client and the applicant is scheduled. The following materials are passed to the client:
Job application
A signed copy of our guidelines sheet
Applicant Release form and Interview notes
4. After desired applicant is chosen client should meet with them to go over specific rules and guidlines. Schedule is also provided by client.
5. Weekly Performance Card should be completed and returned to agency every Friday. If your business offers employees other than tips we ask that you also send this to the agency every Friday. While under contract all temps receive bi-weekly compensation directly from the agency.
6. If after 30 days it is decided that that you would like to hire the Temp full time for your business, they are released from the agency.
