Most of us understand these objects serve no purpose other than scaring creators into buying them. They just spam a series of IMs at you for coming anywhere near them.
And most of us find these very hard, if not impossible, to mute, because the object changes its name in an effort to prevent detection.
In truth, the object's location and owner UUID are part of the IM, so finding and muting these is not impossible. Why you can't see this info using the SL Viewer provided by Linden Lab is beyond me.
So! If you've got one of these things annoying you or your visitors and have never been able to find it, contact me. As a free service, at my leisure I'll go and find the object for you.
