Looking for a Scriptor for a pose engine.

Here you will find the requirements needed for our engine. Please be sure you can meet all the below needs before submitting a bid for the work. Lastly, I will need a schedule for approximate completion. Thank you for taking the time to consider this contract.

Multi -Pose Animation Engine
Requirements:
1. multi layerable menu driven interface
2. note card edit for animations and pose balls including individual position, rotations, and menu button labels
3. ability to use between 1 and 6 pose balls at the same time (4 at the least)
4. changes between pose sets fairly quickly
5. ability to kick person from bed by owner
6. ability to add new animations at will by owner
7. support for as many animations sets as possible (would like 100+)
8. FULL PERMISSION SCRIPTS TO BE DELIVERED - (non-negotiable)
