Looking for full permission uniforms tailored to your business? Or maybe a t-shirt to advertise your band?

I'm an experienced clothing designer (mostly hand-drawn women's clothing) and I'm willing to take on a limited amount of custom work at this time.

I don't script, and I'm not meticulous with building prim-heavy things, but clothing and texturing - I can do that.

--------------------------------------------------

I'm also curious about the prospect of creating a limited retail line tailored to a buyer's specifications.

Basically, I'm proposing that I GHOST-DESIGN for a modified franchise set-up. I won't do blatant ripoffs of other designs for a buyer, but I will work with a buyer to create looks. I will charge on a per-garment basis with recolors of the same design at a discounted rate (as well as simple variations on an initial garment - ala going from a scoop-neck to a V-neck, or altering a buttoned up blazer to an open one.)

If I take on your project, I will take a deposit and then fine-tune the garment, uploading tests in-world. Once each garment is agreed upon as complete, and the recolors are decided, I can receive my commission and send the original .targa files to you, the buyer through email or an instant messaging service, for (you) to upload in world. Full-perms, and in your name - or, I can transfer the full permission textures directly from my avatar to yours, up to you. I'd *have* to pass textured prim attachments (skirts, sleeve attachments, cowls) directly, unless you have building experience and just need the textures to be sent to you..

Granted, my designs - as well as my drawing style - won't suit everybody. Be sure you know what I do, before assigning me work.

After you purchase the garment, it will be yours. I won't retain it to sell, myself. You can have it branded as your own; I'll even embed your tag or logo, myself. However, I still retain the rights to my design *style*, and anything I make with similar properties (the same type of highlighting on the breasts, or a particular cut, for example - or maybe a drawn fabric type) I will be free to use again in my designs. But I'll never recreate the design you commission.

As for my rates, they will be scaled based on project scope and time required, et cetera.
I take no responsibility after you purchase the clothing, though. A clothing line can be a great success, but it takes a lot of tedious shop set-up, photographing, boxing for sale, advertising, securing foot traffic near the shop locations, et cetera. I just want to create some garments without the administrative tedium and work between creation <--------> money.

Now that I've unloaded the idea and all that information, feel free to contact me in world. If I don't reply, it probably means my IMs were capped, so try again!
