Hello, my name is Eden Palen I own a small texture shop "Clockwork Tower Textures" and I do Terraform services, no job too big or too small. I will gladly give you a free estimate. I also make sculpted plain bump map templates. These can be applied to large prims and will allow those in the heights of rockier Sims to enjoy a simulated one prim plateau, which I can texture seamlessly. Sure beats walking around like a goat! I build homes, castles, and do other custom work. Please inquire via IM in-world to Eden Palen, and BETTER to write a Note Card and drop it on my profile ~ I do respond and will inspect your land with you giving you an honest evaluation and talk with you about how you'd like your land to look.
My terms of service are ~ once i make an estimate and you agree to it ~ 1/2 the cost of the terraform is upfront ~ the other 1/2 is due at completion. I have done full sims and small 512' lots, sometimes it only requires a little change here and there and other times it requires a few days. I am fair, honest and on the level and I'm not happy unless you are.
