We provide many services, from aiding in finding just the right mainland parcel (Sorry no islands due to lack of reliability in some SIMs) to building up your dream home, starting with the landscape around, providing streams or small forests, working up until you've got the Home, Business, Garden, or just about anything else you could want.

A few of our services::

Full Dream Realization : From selecting your land to putting in streams and rivers to building your Home, this is the complete package, from start to finish.

Custom Home Fabrication : We will work with you, take measurements of the space you want covered, and build your Home or Office off-site, with no landscaping aside from land-flattening if wanted. Built off-site, we will import the build directly to your land, so there's no messy interim between an empty lot and a lush Victorian Home.

Custom Landscape Designs : This service is one of our speediest. If you want any streams, trees, or just about any sort of natural scene, this service is for you! Does not include any structures such as Homes or Offices.

Unique Prefab Homes : We currently only offer one prefab home, a completely furnished build perfect for the average 512m plot, though we will soon expand our line of DE Homes.
