So, take a look, give me a call. Feel free to stop by my land in Gliese anytime, (Truly, you cant miss the land, it's about the only thing in the sim ATM.)
I'm also looking at contracts with a few of the design companies, but lacking clear and timely responses, I need to start selling my work on my own for a while so I can still pay tier.

Build Process with Line Through the World Architecture
1. Contact Aesop Thatch with request, any basic ideas you might have, where the build will be placed (parcel size, shape, a picture with parcel lines is VERY helpful, but not required by any means.), and deadline.
2. Within 2-3 days, you will get a reply with a concept sketch and/or screenshots from previous builds that may fit your idea. Aesop Thatch will also be contacting you via IM to set up a time when we can get togethor to discuss the build and any more ideas you might have.
3. During the interview, we'll try and pin down the styling, size and shape of the parcel, and estimated number of primitives. At this point the first (rough) estimate of price will be decided. Final prices average a difference L$5000 from this estimate. Contract is confirmed, and work will start on a 'miniature' of the build to ensure client satisfaction. L$1000 retaining fee is due before miniature work begins.
4. 1st rough miniature is completed, and shown to the client for approval. If approved, a second miniature is made, if not, the miniature is redone.
5. 2nd miniature is completed with texture swatch and parcel guidelines. Client approval on textures and any changes made to the prim-work.
6. 1/3rd of price estimate is due after miniatures are approved.
7. Work will start ON SITE (I will only build on site except in certain circumstances, and an additional fee will becharged for off-site builds.)
8. After basic primwork is completed, client will be shown the build and approval requested.
9. Primwork is completed and finalized with client. Texture work starts. 2nd 1/3rd of price estimate is due.
10. Basic texture swatches are applied and client approval requested.
11. Textures are finalized and any special texture designs are applied. (Shadows, etc.)
12. Final approval of build, linking, and sale. Pricei s finalized based on time & prim count, remaining ammount is due.
Note: Clients will also recieve a copy/mod backup in addition to the actual build. A Line Through The World Architecture gaurantees all custom builds unconditionally for as long as a member of the company is able to access Second Life. Please contact a Line employee if you have any problems with your build.
