I've been around SL since Jan 2004 so, I know my way around a few prims. I'm a decent builder, fair scripter, basic designer, and have managed projects in the past. I also have a keen grasp on the mechanics of SL, the economy, and the inner workings of the minds of it's fair citizens.

Free Evaluation: Do you need consulting services or just a few minutes of free advice? I'll give it to you straight. Time is money, and I don't want to waste yours or mine. 5-15 minutes max free. Extended evaluation sessions start at 100L per half hour. 200L for an hour. Any longer than that and you mine as well hire me on at a flat rate. ^ _ ^

You want to open a shop, mall, club, aparment or other type of business venture or any crazy ole' project in-world? I can tell you what you need to get started, and what you'll need to finish. I can also get you in-touch with professional and honest people to get these things done. I will also find you the products, tried and tested you need to get your business running.

I offer flat-rates for most projects starting at 500L-2000L. Depending on the scope of the project larger projects may cost more. Rates are fair and negotiable.

Is this something you could do yourself? Sure you could. In fact, if you have the time yourself I will be happy to steer you in the right direction during a free evaluation session.

I am honest, friendly, and will never condescend to anyone, and can answer questions on a large variety of subjects. Some people will tell you something is a great idea if you're putting money into their pockets (or have the potential to) I will give you something rare...straight-forward and honest advice that best benefits your personal goals.
