TCH Enterprises is proud to announce that we are in the final stages of preparing to open out newest club "The Cave". The cave will be staffed with paid positions 24x7x365 except of course during SL updates. We are currently hiring for a number of positions. We are an in character location so personality and avatar stability is a must.
DJs (Must have RL dj experience, be licensed for digital broadcasts, and have own stream)
DJ shifts will be done in 4 hour sessions. With broadcasts into multiple locations. Your stream must be able to remain solid with at least 50 active connections. DJs who also have VJ experience will be given preference. Be aware that unlike most dj gigs you will also need to control lighting for the dance floor during your shift. Account must be age verified. Pay is based on an hourly rate plus a shared percentage of all tips brought in by staff during your shift.
Hosts
As a host you will act as a greater and a face who people come to know and love in the club. You will be expected to be present and active during your shift. You main job is making sure everyone is having a good time, may be required to provide light new birth training to customer new to sl. Pay is based on an hourly rate plus a shared percentage of all tips brought in by staff during your shift. Account must be age verified and 60 days or older.
Promotors
In most cases your job is outside of the club. During your shift you will be out and about in the grid generating traffic to the club. Includes LM distribution and general getting the clubs name out there in the world. Pay is based on the number of arrivals directed to the club by you during your shift.
Security
We are a damage enabled location. Your job in the club is mainly that of presence but at time will require action. You are there to enforce the rules of the club and ensure the safety and well being of everyone in the club. Pay is based on an hourly rate plus a shared percentage of all tips brought in by staff during your shift. Account must be age verified, 60 days or olders, combat training is required. You will also be asked to prove your ability to identify threats to the club and its customers and respond to them in a proper manor.
Management
Last but not least we are hiring for management staff, your job is to ensure that everything runs smoothly across the board. This is a special position and requires special people. We will not place anyone with out a large amount of SL and RL experience into this position. Pay is based on a number of factors.
