Looking to join and help an existing club

Not sure where this would go so hopefully someone will see it here.

I've found it difficult to run a club or ballroom alone. I've been at it now for about two years and I've often wished I could join forces with someone else. After my recent problems with a region owner I started looking for a place to move but the last few days I've really pushed myself to find someone who would like some financial and other help with their existing club.

We all know it is incredibly hard to make enough from a club to make it worth doing. Most often you need at least 1/4 sim at about $L6,500 per week. Then there are the contests. Hopefully your employees are willing to work for tips. Then live entertainers, DJ's... the list goes on and on. After a few months you wonder what your doing.

You bring in shops, advertising boards, ask for donations...still it's hard to make enough to cover your tier.

I have a fairly large existing VIP list, any type of equipment you can imagine, and several structures including an amazing replica of Disney's Cinderella's Castle. I can afford to run another club on my own but it would be much easier if the pie were cut up in more pieces.
