With so many businesses looking for employees it’s hard to get to get your message out there. REC: Employment removes the hassle from searching for employees and lets you focus on running your business.

We specialise in club and bar employment but also offer the service to other businesses.

We work on a one to one basis to get you exactly what you want.

We offer two main services:

Full interview and screening process - we find you the people and then interview them and shortlist based on your criteria. We then pass the shortlist onto you along with recommendations.

Criteria based screening: We search our database with your search criteria and send you all the results. You then conduct any further interviews/screening yourself.

Full interview is recommended for jobs such as hosts and managers that have a high level of responsibility.

Criteria based screening is recommended for most club jobs that don't require a full interview.
