ALCON,
Need an General Manager for one of the biggest nightclubs in SL overseeing 150 plus staff personnel. Must meet the following requirements --these are a must, so if you doubt yourself the slightest, do not apply:
- Must be extremely kind to all staff personnel and treat them as equals at all time. Know when to weigh in.
- Must not be power hungry
- Must not be quick to react or judgemental to others
- Must possess a kind and sensitive inner soul and heart
- Must be ingame at least 2 months
- Must have great organizational skills
- Great writing skills

manage 150 ppl for 3000L a week? yeah very cheap  try adding a 0 on the end and make it 30,000 a week and you might get some takers too much required for such small pay (not being mean, just giving some advice PS 3,000L a week is only approx 10US a week. make more recycling soda cans |

Yea have to agree here, top Managers get around 10k+ a week for that many people.
I have run 3 of SL's largest clubs and Mall.. wouldn't touch this for less then 10K a week. And 10k is being nice LOL!

even 10K is low for that many ppl....
I would not do it for less than 20K (and that is if it doesn't include anything other than managing the ppl, if it included any kind of building, or contacting for sales, or sim management, or anything like that, I would say much more than 20K)
just because it is SL doesn't mean when someone is in charge of that many ppl, it is not work...
IT IS WORK unless they do not care and the employee(mgr) doesn't care then it can and most likely will be a game and not work
