Hello.

I need tenants for my new shopping mall called EliteStyles Shopping Mall. We have 2 Night Clubs on both sides of the mall. Club 420 is Hip-Hop/R&B style & Club OverDose is a House/Techno club.
My mall has no bots/alt/worthless av's that are flying around to boost up traffic. The mall has 2 floors. First floor has 3 stores available and a 2nd floor has 30 stores available. I bring a lot of people in the mall because we have events in the clubs pretty often.
The rent is L$375/100 prims/week. Please come and check it out. Sim is not laggy at all.
