The Turnbuckle offers a casual, relaxed atmosphere full of fun, laughter, good times and great tunes! All are welcome!
You do not have to have experience and there is no requirement for how long you have been in SL. What you do need, is a great personality. We will train the rest!
During the initial 60 day introduction period, Hosts will recieve 90% of their tips and Dancers will recieve 80%. After you have completed the 60 days, Hosts will then have the option based on job performance to receive L$100 per hour during events plus 90% of tips and Dancers will have the option to receive L$100 per hour during events and 80% of tips. Each event is 2 hours long. There is no limit to the number of events you work. However, events require commitment so be sure you can make it to however many are agreed upon.
I am a very generous boss and have been known to give out surprise bonuses on a regular basis!
