Builders-Still currently looking for a few builders. La Belle Vie offers Weddings, Rez Days, Birthdays, Modeling and so much more. So we are looking for someone who is very good with building who can build our sets and who is also very good at scripting as well. You must be in world longer than 6 months and very experienced. In exchange for your work as we are a new business and working our way to making profit we can offer a rent space for you to rent and advertise your services in our place. And if someone wants a custom build you will receive part profit from that. As well as a professional photo or logo for your business, a customized notecard drafted by one of our skilled advertisement specialists. Designers-Looking for designers who can possibly design dresses and shoes etc. Wedding & party accessories. You must know how to script as well it is a plus. Please try to be older than 6 months. Still currently hiring

I am very interested in helping with the building as I am a seasoned builder and clothing designer, but I am a little confused. You say in exchange for our work...

1. you get to keep whatever we build... so you get what you want for free... but...
2. you will offer us a space which we then have to rent from you and you get part of the profits from everything we sell. ... so we pay you rent and you profit from whatever we sell.

Not sure how this sounds like a profitable solution for a builder or designer. Sounds kind of like we are actually paying you to build for you. I can understand paying the rent and sharing profits IF you were actually paying for the building services... OR.. free rent in return for building services... but what you have here doesn't add up as equal.

Can you please clarify?

Yes I am sorry you misunderstood, I sent you a message in world to contact you but you were offline, I must of not put the free but yes that is exactly the point the ad space is completely free to you to advertise your services to others in exchange for building sets for us & as I said if a customer comes looking for a custom build, I would talk with the builder/designer & we would work out profit for both the business and the builder/designer.
