Club Ice Is currently looking for a Marketing Director:

As the director of marketing, your responsibility will be to promote Club Ice, Assist Club Managers with listings of events, specials and weekly promos the club will be hosting. You will be required to research new and innovative ways to drive traffic to the Club using classifieds, event listings, note card distribution, teleportation, newsprint (or other media), www and other means of club promotion. You will also be needed to survey potential additions to Club Ice, or the Tred Club group overall.

This position is full time, (up to 8 hrs per day) and the starting salary is $30 L/hour.

You will not be required to be present at Club Ice to receive compensation for time, as your position entails surveying multiple promotion option. New ideas for Club Ice are also welcome and will be voted upon by our board consisting of group Owner, Partner, and Club Managers.

Let me get this straight. You want to pay someone that amount to insure your club is a success?

Angelle be nice. It is a 8 hour a day event schedule that the Marketing Director would need to program. I have a 19 hour a day schedule and it is manageable by one person. Post a event every two hours from 8Am to 3AM (To have events during Euro and Yank time), Make a few forum posts and let the event staff do the rest. The OP is being hinest and letting folks know that it is a job that requires some set-up time and can be time consumming. Once a system is set up it will be much easier and take less time.

I do think at a entry pay rate of $30L a hour that there should be some other perks thrown in. Give the marketing manager 5% of the retail rentals, some retail space free of charge or a residential plot plus the salary.
