Dream Seeker Estates with 120+ regions currently is still seeking a Support Agent/Estate Manager to join our team. This individual will report directly to the Support Manager. The prospective Support Agent must work well with a team and also independently, be reliable and self motivated. Our Estate's support is based on a support ticket which support agents need to check and complete in a short period of time to include immediate assistance when necessary to our residents.

Some of the duties will include:

- Reclaim land (following a specific guideline we have set)

- Set available land for sale as per our procedures

- Updating and maintain our online spreadsheets to keep an accurate account of our Estate

- Perform regular tests and checks on sims to ensure sims are running smoothly and covenant is being followed.

- Provide technical support to our Estate and residents.

- Provide excellent customer service.

- Other duties/tasks as assigned.

REQUIEREMENTS

- Minimum in-world experience of 6 months.

- Minimum in-world experience as a Support Agent/Estate Manager of 3 months in an estate with at least 20 paying residents.

- Must be able to commit an average of 3 to 4 hours daily (our average work load).

- Building and land knowledge to provide effective support to our estate and residents

- Second Life troubleshooting knowledge and/or where to go to find the answer or assistance you need to complete the task satisfactorily with minimal supervision

- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work as a team as well as follow directions and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

- Must have or create a GMail account. We use Google for our documents and also to communicate with each other.
