This is a part time job that requires maybe 5 hours per week.
The starting pay is 75L/Hr (but I am flexible on this).
There is room for growth if you are a good fit.
Tasks:
Reset rental boxes
Monitor prim usage
Send prim warnings
Clear abandoned rentals
Return misplaced/lost objects
Remove tenants in arrears
Send daily status reports to owner
Help new tenants get checked into rentals
There are approximately 50 units to be managed.
