Club Penumbra is a club under development, whom we expect to have our opening right after the holidays.
Club Penumbra is going to have a industrial/goth/medieval look/feel however that is not the full range of visitors we expect. We are expecting a broad range of SLers from typical clubbers to punks to goths to grunge. The music type/DJs will focus on dance/techno/goth/industrial/rock.
We are seeking Loyal, responsible and fun people to join our team. We have no issue if you work at other establishments as long as you uphold your commitments to us.
'Club P' will NOT be attached to a mall or giant shopping area, however my partner does design/make clothing so there will be some scattered posters to buy relating clothing to the type of club we have. But as a whole it will be a shop free/commercial free zone. Myself and my partner are NOT doing this to make $L, we ARE doing it to have FUN and make a club that we both enjoy hanging out in with others.
This is NOT a strip club. However due to some themes we will have and the general nature/atmosphere we expect there will be times where (some) clothing will be optional. However employees will be allowed to wear as much (or little) as they are comfortable with as long as what they do wear fits with the overall look/theme.
All employees will earn a base salary per full shift (2-4 hrs) they work plus any tips they make.
We have several positions open we are looking to fill:
Dance Manager - This is a position where we will require almost daily interaction and ask you give Club P your exclusive attention. You will be in change of interviewing, hiring and firing dancers, organizing their schedules, managing your budget and addressing issues with those who work under you. You will report directly to me.
Dancer - Working shifts ranging from 2-4 hrs dance (and if its a theme night dress as best as you can to match said theme) in cages, stage and such. Have a outgoing, friendly personality to the guests. Looking for both part time and full time. We are only looking for females at this time. Working under and directly reports to the Dance manager.
Host Manager - Filled
Hosts - Working shifts ranging from 2-4 hrs. Greet visitors as they enter, schmooze/socialize with guests, assist guests who have questions, concerns or complaints. Hold contests and organize theme nights. Looking for both part time and full time. Working under and reports directly to the Host manager.
