Looking for a Custom builder for a Treehouse Cafe.

My friend And I would like to open a clubhouse that is in the design of a treehouse. We are looking for something like a rez point that leads though doors to the main hall, where tables will line the walls with a central counter, like in a cafe/restaurant. An Upstairs for events like parties and art shows. Possibly A house also in the tree. The design is left open to you, just as long as we don't break the 4000L price range lol.
