If u think are skilled enough to run the day to day management of my company as a HIgh executive standard so u could be my CEO: 5,000L$ first month if you run the company in a good enough way the nexts 3 months I pay you from 12500 till XXXXX?L$ if after these 3 months the Company i named "3F" for : Forex, Funds $ Financial services reach the BreakEven (i mean we start earning enough money) I'll pay you with an amount of shares as big as your skills and work are worth to. We 'll negociate it dont worry.
For other executives and directors charges lower offer but still interesting!

I suspect people with the management skillz necessary have already started and run their own businesses, and have profits much higher than L$5000 a month.

I see how much people usually earns here and it doesn t seem me so few money to "work" few hour per week.

CEOs if u know what are u talking about usually earn a lot with shares if company run well.
Salaries are quite low(hours "worked"as well). I read in this forum that a director/host of a club almost earn 100/200 L$ per 2 hour work a day. And many other examples if u read or listen to this issue everywhere.

Run a company in Sl is not like RL dear my worker defender. Its about sharing ideas, help to realize them and share the success, if u have any, with commision on the money company earn. I risk the money I invest,u risk the time u can dedicate to the company.
Fixed costs like salary are difficult to be paid especially when u start.
The only ones who earn real money cause works a lot of hours to do real programming work are Scripters.

By the way if u know about a medium salary due to an executive in a SL company pls let me Know. I'll consider it ,and if I can pay it I'll do. If not I' ll manage to do everithing by myself.

People, like u are Im sure, that have skill enough to do that and many more things.
But also if I heard someone saying Linden$ are fake money, to buy it u need real bucks.
that why many skilled people prefer other put the money (me!) and they put their skills for, a may be real low wage, but to share then if we succeed the money that the company will earn without risk a simple linden of their own.
So before talk think

If u were a real life CEO u dont work for that money of course. In SL u can be a skilled kid playing the role of a CEO and earn, if everithing go well real money. If not u can earn a little just to follow playng and buy something u like or loose only your time (few hours per week) while I'm losing the money I invest in this biz project.
Think before talk, or read the posts about "dancers" and escorts that's a matter to be worried about if u are looking for a good cause to fight for.

I can't quite understand what you are saying, but I will say I do regret making that post. I felt like making a joke, and I should have stopped myself...it's not as funny as I thought it would be. Well, I'm plenty of ideas!

I've got some experience in consulting and marketing in RL. One thing I have always wanted to do is selling ideas. Why not? They are a product just like any other. You only have to propose a challenge on a good biz action and wait for me to feedback. Does the idea look fine to you? Pay what you consider I deserve. The report I send you is (sorry for the inconvenience) crap? You have lost nothing.

As you may now, the actual problem in both worlds is the lack of ideas

Gee I guess Im way over paying my manager $500 USD a month to run my 10 sims.. I need to get with this guys program, but somehow I really feel that a CEO, as the OP has loosely tossed the word around would even bother saying how insulted they where at the prospect of $.70 a day

Exactly what kind of "company" are you running where your executive is going to get $20 a month? This sounds more like those 512 square meter "casino" type company rather than a real company like Strokerz Toyz or Carducci Guns.

As for risk, how much are you going to risk with a monthly salary of $20? Fixed salary? So will this "executive" get the chance to get $25, the cost of a new DVD?

I dont understand a lot of what u say. But by the way when i will have ten sims(now i've nothing, ill pay my CEO aslike u or more).
500$ it could be less money its worth to be paid. It depends on how much YOU earn and then how much of that earnings go to your executives.
So dont try to seem honest if we dont know how much you get (5 times , 10 times the money u give your CEO?)
While the earnings are zero the salary is just like this.
More : is not 0.70$ a day cause they are not obliged to make 8 hour a day, even not 8 hour a week. Just do the hours they can when their RL compromises let them some spare time.
When things get bigger and problem as well they will have to put more hours and can pretend of course more money.

I read your posts, all of them in this forum, and it seems to me you go from a thread to another just making complaints.
May be you are right but....have you ever think about doing something usefull instead to criticize everyone?
