Looking for partner.

Hey guys,
I am here again with an idea which I would like to go about exploring.

I am looking for a partner interested in opening a 'school' with me of sorts. I want to hold classes on all different types of things. There are some of these round SL already, but I want to offer class for RL stuff and SL stuff, and have these classes daily. Hopefully all of this will set us apart from others.

I have already an empty classroom building with several calssrooms, and a large lecture hall.
I am building the Resident Homeless Shelter with several well established community residents. This will fit exactly with our plans.

I am owner of Linden Bank (now changed names to The Bank - lindens dont line me using the name)

I have 6 full sims and many other land for a total today of 718,226 sqm
