the club agua did today fire a staff member for come in time for the set
told the dj they expect them to be there 15 min before the set
but as you all know we as dj have alot sets and cant be at a club 15 min before a set
but always come in last min!!
so a little warning i would not take any kind of sets at agua
since they just gonna fire you if you are there in time!!
i hope this info will help alot of you dj's

you is a very irresposable dj you did not come to opening as was arraglado or without notice. you did not fulfill his next slot was today, you are not a good dj for this club because it violates their schedules. and not defaming people or places where it is not received within the team due to their irresponsibility

your grammar and spelling sucks, thus no one cares (if anyone did in the first place)

Could be that English is not their first language
Regardless, I don’t think these two are going to be working together for awhile.

I signed up there too. No problems with those rules, the 15 minute rule is a good one. I don't like to play 2 sets straight anyway, having no break in between.

isn't NAMING a TOS violation?

The rule is a good one - but not one that should cause someone to be fired (unless there were relationship issues before this).

If the egos get back in check and both of you can relax - you can part amicably.

Both of you can join the open enrollment CLUB JOBS. The club owner can spam for a new DJ and the DJ can spam for a new club to work in.

Peace.

Many clubs apply this rule, including mine. Its purpose is to allow club owners and managers enough time to find a short notice replacement. If you cannot abide by that rule, or can't be bothered to make arrangements with management (who probably would have worked with you on scheduling), then you shouldn't take the job and then complain when they enforce their rule. Communication is key.

Anyway, Zen is right. I'm pretty sure bashing someone or business by name in the forum is against TOS.

The DJ indicated he was completing another set in another venue and could not be there physically 15 minutes early.

If the manager or club owner knew what they were doing they would have had the DJ encode on their stream and the stream he was on and just turn him on in the club without him physically being there. Then the DJ could teleport in at the start time of the event.

The host should make sure the VIPs are invited and the event gets off to a good start.

Dramaz avoided.
