Seeking an innovative and self-motivated Event Manager for the fully-developed, private island sim of Isla Martovia. Previous event experience desired, but will make considerations for the right individual.
Description of Duties:
- Recruit and book live musicians for recurring and/or one-time performances (primary event type)
- Recruit and book non-music events (i.e., weddings, educators, parties, DJs, etc.) from time to time
- Plan and manage event scheduling and post event notices
- Host events at least three days per week
- Handle logisitics for self-running or 3rd-party-hosted events
- Propose and implement new ideas to help generate events or activity on the island
Salary & Benefits:
- L$500 per week to start, L$1,000 per week after 4 weeks or 10 events
- Free cottage residence with 550 prim allowance
- Free vendor space with 35 prim allowance
