Do you have a premium account, but not own any land? Or do you own land in a private estate and pay tier fees to another SL resident? If so, you have 512sqm of unused tier.
Tier is the 'ability to own mainland' and you get 512sqm of tier free with a monthly premium account.
Send an IM to Skye Whitcroft or Elanthius Flagstaff to begin donating your tier. We will invite you into our Supreme Flock of Land Ninjas group and pay you every 7 days for continuous tier donations. We pay 0.15 per sqm per week. If you donate 512sqm that is L$77 for something you were not using anyway.
The fine print

We have a bot that monitors the group checking that tier is continuously donated.
1) You can donate any amount of tier you wish to be paid for. We currently have donations from 122sqm to 84000sqm
2) You can withdraw some or all of your tier at any time, but the bot will only pay you on the 7th day for the minimum amount donated continuously for the 7 days.
3) The payout day is the best time to change your tier donation up or down to maximize your payout.
