Im looking for an excellent builder to do a custom job for me.
Not many do office type prefabs, im looking for a smaller office type building done, ill have more details for when i meet with you. Anyone whos thinking of taking up the job must have a portfolio for me to view. Payment is based on what you feel the job will require, i know quite a few developers and will confirm the price just to make sure im not being ripped off  You can reply here, send me a notecard in game, or send me a private message here on the forums, and i will get back to you asap. _____________________

Hello Herry,
I've been in the 3d modeling and texture development arena for over a decade. At the moment, I am not doing architectural work, however, I am very proficient with detail work.
