Sublime, SL's original full-service restaurant, is now hiring a Reservations Manager
who will be responsible for being the key contact person for all customer service issues related to reserving tables in our restaurant. This person will arrange dinners, accept payments on behalf of Sublime, and ensure server coverage for reservations. In addition, this person will be the liason between customers and the owners, passing on customer service situations as appropriate to one of the owners.
In addition, the Reservations Manager will function as part of the management team at Sublime, supporting the owners and their fellow managers by assisting with the daily operations of the restaurant when needed, and by setting a positive example for staff and representing Sublime in a professional and accessible manner.
Qualifications for this position are:
• at least 2 months in game (must have a high comfort level with how to manage your inventory and manipulate common elements of the game)
• verfied status with Linden Labs ("payment info on file" or "payment info used" on the first page of your profile)
• the ability to be in game, either on call or physically in the restaurant, at least 10 hours per week
• the ability to work most weeks during some of our peak hours (thursday/friday/saturday 4pm-7pm slt)
• SL or RL management experience a big plus
