M & A Enterprise

Position: P/A A (Personal/Administrative Assistant)
Reports To: M & A Enterprise Management, Specifically, our CEO's, Manager of HR, and Manager of Schools

Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact with people from inside and out of M & A Enterprise. Work closely with Management to deal with administrative tasks and assistance on a one-to-one basis.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Screening NC (Notecards), enquiries and requests, and handing them over when appropriate

2. meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority

3. Organizing and maintaining schedules and making appointments

4. Corresponding on behalf of the Management

5. Taking dictations and minutes of Executive M & A Enterprise meetings

6. Producing documents,, briefing papers, reports and presentations

7. Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring the Management is well prepared for meetings

8. Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff

9. Devising and maintaining office systems, including Notecard management, filing, etc

10. Takes responsibility for recruiting and training junior staff and delegating less demanding and confidential work to them

Employment standards

Experience: Pre-entry experience in PA, communications and land industries required; Must be more than 3 months old in SL.

Required skills: Excellent written and oral communication, must be honest and reliable, excellent organization skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines, flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines.

Special skills: Understanding and confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
