I am willing to pay up to $L17,180 if you can provide me with a working way to get a ~20 year old with an epeen and a penchant for over-moderating any topic outside of his or her worldview, which are the great majority of them, fired before the end of the year.

How important is whatever you are doing with him?
How about just tell him your fed up either he leaves or you do? There must be something better you can do.
Why should you put up with behavior that makes you uncomfortable?
Just tell him you tired of listening and tell him to shut up when he is around you unless its something related to what you are doing.
Personally I am not confrontational. Then I blow or end up telling the person off or leaving.
If its isn't something that you have to do with him why are you doing it?
