Sub Zero is an EBM/Electro/Industrial/Gothic club set on a WWII era submarine moored off of a gothic island located within Second Life. We've been around more than a year, with a loyal VIP group, teamwork-oriented staff and plans for 24-hour entertainment.
At present, we're looking for experienced hosts to fill early shifts (6am-9am, 9am-noon PST) during the week and weekend. Soon, we'll be needing hosts (and DJs) for midnite-3am, 3am-6am.
Here's what we're looking for:
1. RELIABILITY (both you and your connection. We're a team, and this is big.
2. PERSONALITY. Hosts should be able to connect with guests and keep the conversation going.
3. CREATIVITY. Hosts write up to three notices per shift.
4. EXPERIENCE. We prefer that you have been in-world long enough to know how to tweak your settings for performance. You don't have to have hosting experience, though it's obviously helpful--but with SL experience, your job will be MUCH easier.
Here's what you'll get:
1. A fun job that often pays (via tips) more than $1000 per 3-hour shift. My worst shift? $400. On a rolling restart day. My best? Just over $2000.
2. A supportive team, including some of SL's BEST DJs
