Club Soda is a romance/social club where people gather to listen to good music and to make new friends and have fun. We are a small, intimate club and are looking for outgoing, personable people with positive and helpful attitudes who are willing to work when scheduled and follow instructions when given.
The Host/Hostess position is a tips only position with an 80/20 split, the majority going to you. Your duties require you to:
Dress in formal or theme clothing depending on the theme set for the shift.
Arrive 10-15 minutes before shift to take instruction and get ready for the shift.
Greet and welcome arrivals as they come in.
Introduce arrivals to other guests. Dance with guests as needed. Make polite, humourous conversation.
Provide General Manager with a weekly schedule you can stick to.
Be willing to go out and actively recruit new club members during non-event times.
Current event shifts are 10AM-1PM SLT & 6-8 PM SLT Sun-Thursday. Please apply only if you can work either or both of these shifts. Other shifts will be added in the future, but at this time we are only hiring for these hours.
Outstanding employees will be rewarded and promoted.
