Im looking for a partner preferably somebody that is a sim owner. I am currently trying to set up an apartment business. The profit would be split 50-50. I am into management and designing. I know how to start a company and have owned one in RL.
I have already invested in buying apartment buildings as well as a management system. am at this time not able to rent or buy land from LL or other private entities due to financial difficulties
