The new "Club Bounce" will be opening soon and is looking to hire a staff. Because this is a new club salaries will start a little low, but they will go up depending on the success of the club and there will be other ways to make money besides a salary.
Each dancer will start with a light, easy to fulfill schedule of 3 hours a day, 3 days a week for salary pay, but are free to come in anytime to work for tips or push merchandise or just hang out.
There will be 2 levels to the club... The bottom level will be no nudity. If you feel comfortable going further there's a VIP section upstairs.
What we're looking for:
DANCER / MANAGERS
Two from the West Coast and Two from the East Coast. As the club becomes popular we'll expand to a worldwide staff. These girls will run the show while they're on. They can dance, mingle, make sure things don't get out of hand, etc...
SALARY DANCERS
Three from the West Coast and Three from the East Coast.
TIP ONLY DANCERS
Six from the West Coast and Six from the East Coast. Tip Only dancers can come in any time they want. They just won't receive a salary.
As you can see there are three levels of employees.. Tip Only dancers will move up by showing up for work and positions opening above them. There is a high turnover in jobs in SL, so moving up should be easy if you're motivated. The better the employee, the better the opportunity.
OTHER $ INCENTIVES...
There will be an on-site store selling merchandise for the club. As of today there are 23 themed dancer outfits... With more to come. Each week, if you work your a full shift, you'll be given an outfit of your choice for free, as a bonus. You can collect all 23+ if you want... For Free.
Also... There will be gadgets being sold that go along with the "Club Bounce" theme. Any employee who is clocked in at the time of a sale will split a % of the sale price. If you write me a notecard and tell me someone you directed to the sale you will get the entire %.
