Due to our ever increasing holdings XE3 Realty is in need of 3 full time property managers.
Duties include; maintaining an ad (Which we pay for) in the classifieds,
Showing and renting properties.
Helping set tenants up in thier homes or lots.
Deeding TV's and security devices.
Sending love notes to prim hogs.
General daily operations of one region of rental properties.
Pay includes a free 1024 lot or equivalent in cash PLUS % of all tenants you move in.
% payments are instant and done by the rental system at point of sale. No waiting for your paycheck.
Must be a citizen at least 3 months, have a good grasp on general SL knowledge and have a friendly outgoing personality. You are expected to be on-line a good bit of the time. You don't have to hang out in your sim, just be available when someone calls.
Human or Fantasy avatars are welcome to apply for the region of Camponeschi. This is a fantasy forest filled with cave homes and treehouses. (1/2 region)
Midieval human or fantasy avatar prefered for the region of Meglos. This is a dark midieval city sim full of castles and period homes with a small beach and fishing village. (Full region)
