We get many customers at TRU that lack the inspiration or know how to actually use our high end textures from the 3D range.
We are looking to install a ' Designer/Builder come Shopping Adviser ' at TRU to spend time with the customer choosing the textures based on the type of theme they are working towards and perhaps visiting their sim or land to get an idea of the textures that would work. If the customer needs help on building and texturing too then of course your services would be needed for that also.
We are not looking for just 1 person but a team of people to cover the store 24/7 and customers will be able to IM you if your online to come and meet them at the store to talk through their ideas and plans
Just so you know , there is soon to be a search terminal at the store were by ppl can type in key words and find all the sets and be TP direct to them so you wont be expected to simply direct ppl to say the Woods dept. This is NOT a sales assistant role.
Because of the nature of the job, this could and often will lead to a lot of custom work.
There will be a sign out explaining they can hire ppl to assist them with shopping and eb advised on design and/or build and texturing of any project they need help with.
The pay and fees are yours. 100% In return for the introduction to these types of custom works we expect you to advise them of buying TRU txtrs only for obvious reasons. We dont want you taking them to another store or offering to make them yourself ( you can make them yourself but you also need to be an artist at TRU and sell what you create )
As this is a new role and possibly not thought out fully yet at this stage were open to suggestions and ideas from people interested.
Bear in mind Xmas is a VERY busy time for TRU. Its the peak season for us and as such for anyone who will be undertaking this role so time is of the essense
